Typical integration targets include CRM (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Service and Contact Center systems (e.g., Zendesk, Genesys, Leaddesk), and for data visualization, BI systems (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
How does WheelQ ensure data security in integration?
All integration levels include authentication. We use encrypted protocols (e.g., HTTPS/TLS) and support secure methods (e.g., OAuth, API keys) for data transfer. Additionally, data is processed in compliance with GDPR and ISO 27001 standards.
How long does integration implementation typically take?
Basic integrations and utilization via ready-made API interfaces can often be implemented in minutes or an hour (see the Metos reference). The most comprehensive bi-directional integrations require modeling, but they can also be completed within a reasonable time due to our agile process.
Does WheelQ offer API interfaces for data export?
Yes. We offer standard API interfaces for transferring analysis results and feedback out of the WheelQ platform, for example, to the organization’s own Data Warehouse or BI systems.
